From earth, the ceramic is shaped and then coated with a hand-applied flame-fired glaze.
Through the high-temperature firing process, the glaze transforms under the influence of fire, creating distinct shades, gradients, and crackle patterns on the surface.
This transformation depends on many factors during the firing process, so each firing yields results that are never identical.
No two surfaces are ever exactly the same.

This is where technique and improvisation meet:
the form is created by hand,
while the final appearance is perfected in the fire.

The ceramic retains the raw essence of earth: hardness, volume, and the clear presence of matter.
The flame-fired glaze covers it with a rich, metamorphic surface, where light, color, and crackle lines coexist.
Two seemingly opposing states meet in a single piece:
on one side, the crafted form,
on the other, the mark decided by fire.

We do not seek to erase the traces of that process.
We keep them.

A crackle line.
A color gradient.
A gleam of light on the glaze.

Each piece therefore bears a unique appearance:
formed from earth,
passed through fire,
and holding a mark that cannot be repeated.
