When watching documentaries about the process of creating a classy dress, you will not find too many machines but the skillful hands of the cutter and tailor. In the garment industry, machines can help increase productivity, but whether or not they are beautiful, delicate and soulful still depends on the diligence of each cut and stitch of the artisans.
I have been with Hity for more than 15 years because we share the same belief: hand-cut and sewn products always bring high aesthetic value among billions of fashion products produced around the world. "Hi everyone, I'm Viet Phi, Customer Experience Manager at Hity."
During my time studying at the Faculty of Tourism of Nha Trang College of Arts and Tourism, I have gone through an interesting journey, learning many artistic values for life, directing my soul towards the beauty and kindness of people. Initially, I dreamed of becoming a tour guide to take people to explore the remote and beautiful lands of the country. But life always has unexpected turns, and sometimes we discover new passions in the process. I discovered that in myself there is always a passion for making people beautiful. With a little talent and a lot of research on visual arts and coordination, the art of customer care, I was destined to work with Hity. I chose Hity because I felt that this is a sincere organization, respectful and dedicated to the feelings of the team and customers. As a Customer Experience Manager, I am responsible for building and developing a team of consultants, who I believe are the most important members in delivering valuable experiences to customers. I am happy that together we have built a quality, sincere and trusted fashion brand.

We pay close attention to every step of the hand-cutting process, ensuring that every product we create is not only fashionable and classy, but also sustainable. Hity was founded in 2016.
Ty Trang - co-founder
In 2003, Ty Trang, the eldest sister in the family, after graduating from university in Saigon, realized that her love for sewing machines, embroidery frames and the coastal city of Nha Trang had never faded. Trang packed up her 6 years of studying and working, said goodbye to Saigon and started building the Hity clothing store in her hometown of Nha Trang. Since her elementary school days, Trang had shown her love for fabric by diligently collecting fabric to sew clothes for her dolls. The little dolls were dressed in cute and lovely dresses every day. By the time she reached high school in the 80s, after just a few days sitting on the sewing machine at an extracurricular vocational class, Trang had sewn many shirts for the whole family, including her two curly-haired dolls. The day she started her business in Nha Trang, embroidered linen shirts began to appear and attracted both locals and tourists who loved handmade garments with attention to detail and outstanding quality of finishing. In those days, Nha Trang people were economically better off thanks to tourism and foreign exchange remittances. In those days, handmade goods were popular because few fast fashion brands entered the Vietnamese market.
There are ups and downs. After its glorious years, Hity fashion began to lose its direction. Over the years, Hity customers gradually switched to other brands.
Thu Hien - co-founder
In that context, in 2016, Ms. Hien - the younger sister in the family, after many years working in multinational companies in the role of sales channel development, supply chain management, and brand management, decided that there was a need for a sincere and kind Vietnamese fashion brand to serve Vietnamese customers. She gave up her senior management job to establish a company that owns the Hity brand, which is now one of the prestigious fashion houses in Vietnam, recognized by customers as a trusted brand in the field of modern tailoring and quality designer fashion.
"Hello everyone, I'm Thu Hien, co-founder of Hity fashion.
My entrepreneurial journey began when I was in my early 30s. After years of experience in marketing-intensive jobs, I started working as a founder for companies specializing in outsourced marketing services, lingerie manufacturing, and retail. In each project, I was involved in leading the construction of everything from the first brick of the startup. What motivated me was my intense passion and relentless determination to lead my team to meet the high expectations of investors.
After a decade of continuous learning while holding foundational positions, I made the important decision to launch my own business venture in the fashion and apparel industry. I realized that I possessed a unique combination of creativity and a strong business mind. I joined forces with my partners to establish Hity driven by a strong idea and motivation to create change in the Vietnamese fashion industry. At that time, the concepts of sustainable development, eco-friendly environment, genuine "Made by Vietnamese" and "Made in Vietnam" products were in a state of confusion, with items often shipped in from overseas and quickly relabeled as "Made in Vietnam."
Furthermore, since my days working in American garment companies, I have always been troubled by the sight of tons of textiles from neighboring states continuously pouring into my country, taking away the jobs of many skilled tailors, creating countless waste materials for the environment. I have had a desire to contribute to positive changes in society, especially in the field of green living in Vietnam. This journey began with the spirit of "eating well, wearing well, living well." Our business activities revolve around the goal of developing a fashion brand with its own spirit, its own soul and responsibility, not only helping people feel satisfied, comfortable and elegant but also contributing to raising consumers' awareness of the transformative power of wearing quality clothes. It can influence their thinking and lead them to the path of sustainability and health care. Every individual at Hity is imbued with the Zero Waste philosophy.
At Hity, my colleagues and I firmly set strict standards in customer service: no lying to customers, always sincere, enthusiastic and dedicated to customers. When seeing a customer wearing an unattractive shirt, the store staff must not convince the customer to buy it by falsely complimenting. The duty of a fashion consultant is to provide customers with advice and designs that honor the customer.
