You can place an order directly on the hityfashion.com website, via Zalo/Messenger, or by visiting a Hity boutique in person.
Q: What payment methods does Hity accept?
Hity accepts payment via credit/debit card, bank transfer, e-wallets (MoMo, ZaloPay), and Cash on Delivery (COD).
Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
You can change or cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. After this time, the order will have been processed and cannot be changed.

Q: How much is the shipping fee?
Free nationwide delivery for orders from 995,000 VND. Orders under 995,000 VND will be charged according to Giao Hang Nhanh's price list.
Q: How long does delivery take?

Q: Can I track my order?
Yes! Hity will send an email with a tracking code after your order has been dispatched.

Q: Can I exchange an item?
Yes, within 9 days of receiving the item. The product must be intact, unused, and with all tags.
Q: Which products are not eligible for return or exchange?
Outlet/Sale items, custom-made items, personal hygiene accessories, and gift cards.
Q: How long does a refund take?
10 working days from the date Hity receives and inspects the returned item.

Typically 7–14 working days, depending on the complexity of the design.
