When the shell or screw of the bag is broken or falls during use, do not hesitate to bring it to any Hity Boutique so we can redecorate it completely free of charge.

Note:

• The warranty does not apply to starfish decorations, because starfish are made by Hity's own artisans to ensure hygiene. Therefore, if the starfish is damaged, Hity will replace it at a cost of 15,000 VND/piece and free of charge for pasting.
