Guide to purchasing and using Hity eGiftcard

• Buy a card:

To send an eGiftcard, please follow these three simple steps:

• Step 1: Choose the number of cards

The minimum denomination for each card is 1,000,000 VND.

Customers can select the desired number of eGiftcards to be sent through Hity's system.

Step 2: Payment

Proceed with payment for your order using the supported methods.

Step 3: Note down the recipient's information.

In the order notes section, please provide accurate information so that Hity can send your gift:

1. Recipient's full name

2. Recipient's phone number: (Must be accurate to receive the code)

3. Message: (Meaningful wishes you would like to include)

• Get a gift card:

After Hity receives successful payment, the system will send order confirmation to you via Zalo and email.

The Hity system will simultaneously send an SMS/Zalo message to the recipient's phone number you provided above. The content will include:

1. Purchase invoice and payment confirmation.

2. Electronic gift card (e-Giftcard) with complete information:

• Number of cards.

• Payment code.

• Expiration date.

• Quick start guide.

• Instructions for use:

The recipient can use this eGiftcard code to conveniently pay through two methods:

• Online Shopping: Enter the code in the "Discount Code/Voucher" box during checkout on the Hity website.

• In-store purchase: Please show the message containing the code from Hity to the cashier when paying at the counter.

• General regulations:

To ensure your rights are protected, please note the following terms and conditions:

• Scope of application: This voucher can be used to pay for any bill at Hity.

• Combining: Allows combining multiple eGift cards on the same payment invoice.

• Double benefit: eGiftcards can be used in conjunction with any other ongoing promotions.

• Return Policy: Products purchased using eGiftcards are still subject to Hity's general return policy.

• Regulations regarding value:

• eGift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.

• eGiftcards do not refund any excess amount if the order value is lower than the value stated on the eGiftcard.

• Verification: The eGiftcard is only valid when the code matches and is verified on Hity's system.

• Validity period: 12 months from the date of eGiftcard issuance.
