After the rain, the earth does not immediately become a garden.
There is a very long period between the time the water soaks in and the moment a true form actually appears on the ground.

The seed lies in the dark.

A young sprout begins to grow without being seen by anyone.

Life does not rush to reveal itself.

In biology, the sepal is the structural part located outside the bud, enveloping and protecting it before the flower opens. It is not the most anticipated part of a flower. Once the flower blooms, people usually no longer pay attention to it.
But without it, the young flower bud would not have enough protection to mature.

Ripeness is much the same.

One morning after the rain, we walk across the still-damp ground.
